Frequently asked
Concrete questions, answered.
- How thick should a driveway be?
- 4" minimum for cars, 5–6" if you'll park trucks or RVs. We'll spec it to your use case.
- Will my new concrete crack?
- All concrete develops hairline cracks — control joints are cut to direct where. Properly prepped slabs avoid structural cracking.
- Can I drive on it the next day?
- Foot traffic at 24 hrs, light vehicles at 7 days, heavy vehicles at 28 days. We mark off the area during cure.
