How we work
The epoxy process.
- STEP 01
Floor assessment
We inspect the slab, identify cracks, moisture issues, and prior coatings.
- STEP 02
Diamond grind + prep
Mechanical grind to open the surface and expose aggregate — no acid etch.
- STEP 03
Base + flake broadcast
Pigmented base coat applied, flake broadcast to refusal.
- STEP 04
Topcoat + cure
UV-stable polyaspartic locks it all in. Walk on in 4 hours, drive on in 24.

Frequently asked
Epoxy questions, answered.
- How long does an epoxy floor last?
- A properly installed polyaspartic system lasts 15+ years in residential garage use. Commercial wear depends on traffic.
- Why diamond grind instead of acid etch?
- Grinding mechanically opens the slab profile — etching is unreliable on dense or sealed concrete. Diamond-ground floors don't peel.
- Can you do commercial spaces?
- Yes — warehouses, showrooms, restaurants, healthcare. We schedule night/weekend work to avoid downtime.
