1. Service area

We are headquartered in Conyers, GA, and primarily serve metro Atlanta and surrounding north Georgia. We accept certain projects elsewhere in Georgia at our discretion; service-area coverage in any given week may depend on crew availability, distance, and project scope. Listing a city on this Site does not guarantee that we can service every project in that city — confirm availability with us before relying on it.

2. Estimates are not contracts

Any quote, estimate, or written proposal we provide is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract or commitment by either party. A binding agreement exists only upon execution of a separate signed services contract that identifies the project, scope, materials, schedule, and price. Estimate amounts may be revised after on-site inspection or upon discovery of conditions not visible at the time of quoting (rotten decking, code-required upgrades, etc.).

3. Pricing and payment

Pricing is itemized in your signed contract. We typically require a deposit at contract signing, with progress payments tied to milestones and final payment upon completion and walkthrough. Specific terms vary by project. Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by Georgia law.

4. Warranty

All roof installations include a 5-year labor warranty covering installation workmanship (flashing, ridge vents, valleys, pipe boots, etc.). Manufacturer warranties cover material defects and are transferred to you at project completion. Warranties exclude damage from acts of God, third-party modifications, deferred maintenance, and normal wear. Specific warranty terms are documented at project closeout.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exotic Exteriors Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, or loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project that gave rise to the claim.

6. Site content and intellectual property

The content on this Site (text, logos, photography, code) is owned by Exotic Exteriors Company LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission. The Exotic Exteriors name and logo are trademarks of Exotic Exteriors Company LLC.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., Google, Cloudflare, social networks). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those sites.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Exotic Exteriors Company LLCharmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your interference with another party's rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockdale County, Georgia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
